She has served as in-house counsel for several large healthcare organizations including Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia and Orlando Health. Cathy was also Vice President of Legal Services, Compliance & Internal Audit at Lee Health and General Counsel & Director of Human Resources at Radiology Regional. She serves on the board of several nonprofit organizations including Lifestyle Solutions Healthy Planet and Global Positive Psychology Institute. She is a member of the Lee County Bar Association, SWFL Society for Human Resources Management, American Health Lawyers Association, Healthcare Management Association, Local Chapters of Business Women, and the Lee County Association for Women Lawyers
